Installation

Support Policy

We cover bug fixes and questions about Petlio’s built-in features free of charge, and reply within two business days.

Custom development, app integrations, design work beyond settings, and migration help are available as paid add-ons — contact us for a quote.

We don’t currently offer coding tutorials for Petlio; any future ones will note their support coverage and recommend duplicating your theme first.

FAQ for Petlio Shopify Theme

Go to Theme settings → Cart and choose your preferred cart type.

Yes. Go to Theme settings → Story / motion and turn off “Home page paper-slide sections.”

Yes. Join the waitlist on the product page or the newsletter—we restock popular items regularly and notify subscribers first.
Most fabric items are machine-washable on gentle cycle; check the care label on each product. Wipe harnesses and plastic parts with mild soap and water; avoid harsh chemicals.
Contact us within 30 days. We’ll help with a return or exchange so you can find a better fit.
Not yet. We’re exploring subscription options for food and essentials—join the newsletter to be notified when it launches.
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Start a return from your order confirmation email or contact care@petlio.com.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days in the US. You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Yes. We ship to most countries. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your region.
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. When in doubt, size up for comfort—especially for growing pets—or message us with your pet’s weight and breed and we’ll help.
Yes. We source materials intended for pet use and list materials and care notes on every product. If you ever have a concern, contact us and we’ll make it right.
If your order has not shipped yet, email care@petlio.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once shipped, you can use our 30-day return window.
